I had scheduled an appointment with the lab and had recieved a confirmation text and email the day prior. I went to the office to find they are closed for renovation. No contact number, no communication about the closure. Really disappointed and will NEVER schedule an appointment with them again!

I had a great experience here! I have a blood and injection phobia so getting lab work done is always an anxious experience for me and it goes so much better when I feel well take care of.For anyone else that struggles, here's exactly what happened for me: the facility is in a nice, large medical building on the third floor, which put me at ease compared to the other more strip mall versions of LabCorp I've been to. There is a large waiting room with many comfortable leather chairs and a handful of self-check in kiosks for you to start the process. After I checked myself in, a kind receptionist called me forward to one of a few booths available to register. She took my information and listened compassionately when I shared that I have a tendency to faint – she thanked me for sharing that information. I did not have an appointment but I only waited only a short while (it was a Monday around 10:30am) before I was called. We left the waiting room and went into the lab around the corner. It is a larger room divided into 2 stations with a wall. I told Sandra, my phlebotomist, that I have a tendency to faint and she made sure to position the reclining chair so that I could lay back with my feet up. She used a small needle and was very understanding while I listened to music in my headphones and my husband answered her questions. Sandra encouraged me to take my time after the draw to make sure I was steady on my feet and laughed at our jokes. I was sure to let her know she did a great job and thanked her for her patience. I am always uncomfortable with blood draws but this one went so smoothly and I didn't faint. I hope this helps anyone else that has anxiety around blood work!

Been here twice, once to drop off and once to pick up a container.For the drop off they made me wait 45minutes to accept it and then treated me like I was the plague and disgusting.For the pick up, I waited 20 minutes then was told I needed to wait another 10-15 just to pick up an empty container.

Set the lab tech did a great job finding my vein, which has been difficult in the past.

I came in for a simple blood draw. I myself have a history of passing out and don't very much like needles. The gentleman who drew the blood did very well to keep me comfortable and to be quick and precise. Even with it being done well I still blacked out, but I extremely appreciate how he helped me come back and out of my confusion quickly and helped me stay comfortable until I was once again able to continue my day. For reference I did not catch his name but he helped me 2/14/2022 around noon time.

I’m not sure which employee laughed at me over the phone, it was a female, when I was asking for help with the confusing lab work scheduling but she needs to go. Dealing with infertility is NOT funny and if patients are upset and confused about scheduling etc and they call you to help them, then do just that. I don’t think it’s appropriate to laugh.

I've had several blood draws at this Labcorp site in recent months and my experience has been very good each time. The staff is pleasant. I am a hard stick and each phlebotomist has successfully obtained the required blood sample with only one stick...that tells me they are all quite skilled. I've never had to wait and the entire process is easy, painless and fast.

Having a blood draw has never been so easy! In and out in 5 minutes and Kelly was so nice!! Love the new self check-in system! Just make sure you have your driver's license and insurance card handy and it's super quick and easy.

Flawless. Checked in a few minutes before my boy’s appointments. Neither has had blood drawn. They were a bit nervous. Claudio the phlebotomist was great! Thank you Claudio!

The front desk staff is very rude and would rather play on their phone or refer you to an 800 number, then take some effort to help a potential patient from a doctor's office in the building see if she can have her labs completed at this location.
