Walked in around 4pm without an appointment to see if they could replace the burned out front headlight on my Toyota Rav4. Surprisingly, it was no problem for them! I wanted to enjoy the luxurious massage chair in their clean, comfortable waiting area but my car was ready before I could settle in. I also asked to check on my windshield wiper blades because it rained all day. Fortunately, there was no need to replace the ones I had. Some other places might have sold me wipers that I didn't need. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy from K.R. I will definitely return if/when I need any car repairs in the future. Thank You!

Went in with a concern about a front end noise. Scott took the car out for a road test and said it might be bearings. I left the car there, got a call Monday night defining what everything was and how much it would run. I okayed the service - got a call Tuesday afternoon that it was ready! Not only told me what was wrong before they started but also told me what checked out right! I have found my auto repair shop!

Personalized service for your everyday customers, or a business with a fleet of vehicles that need service. To them, an oil change isn't just an oil change. To them it's a chance to full inspect your vehicle for any faults, minor or major.
It's the kind of quality service you just don't get from a corporate-first-company. KR does it right.

I was happy that they could get the car in
day after I called..They diagnosed problem w/air-conditioning system and called me same day. They didn't have the part in-stock that day but called next day
and told me it was working and ready to be picked up.
I've had them do other repairs before
this and was happy with that as well.

Didn't push to do anything else to this 24 year old car.
