We stayed at the Brookfield, WI location for three nights. It was a great experience from the moment we arrived. The digital key made it extremely easy to get checked in. The suite was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. Hot breakfasts were a very nice perk. The hot tub was excellent! What stood out for me the most was the staff - everyone was so very friendly and accommodating! Rose, Holly, and Hilaria were extremely friendly and helpful and provided great customer service! ? I will definitely stay again the next time we're in town!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast food offered. The pool and hot tub are a plus too, with warm water. All around an amazing place to stay if needing a hotel in this area. Two thumbs up!!

I stayed here on a Tues/Weds/Thurs this week. The gal at the front desk was the sweetest, friendliest, helpful staff member I have ever encountered at a hotel during work travel. She made me feel right at home, and though I did not catch her name I felt she was owed MAJOR kudos. I wasn't feeling well, and she was so quick to help navigate me and help with my needs during a very stressful work trip. I'm gonna find her name and thank her personally because shes a GEM! Nicest place I have stayed at in a while. Thanks!

I had a horrible check in experience. The guy at the front desk, he doesn’t care what mood you’re in. in my case after dealing with the sh!t they did behind the scenes and me not being informed, he didn’t even care to give us any info on when breakfast was or tell us anything after giving me a key (usually they tell us all that after they hand us the key). My room was switched plenty of times and not once did they ever notify me of it. Imagine driving in horrible rain for hours just to arrive and ur no longer checked in (bc they moved u yet again!!!!!!!!) . And no one informed u of that. And then they give you a room that wasnt what you booked. My keys were deactivated the next day so I had to waste more time going back down with a hand full of stuff. They placed me next to a room that had the most complaints (when i called in the guy sorta was trying to not put me in that room and told me about the complaints bc i asked why) after they done moved my room around and didn’t tell me. Also gave me a king suite when I originally asked for 2 queens. This is by far the worse check in ever with Hilton. Embarrassing for a Hilton. The room they didn’t want to put me in bc of “maintenance issue” (room 207) sure was good enough bc they gave my sister that room, why????

Soulless hotel. No charm, no food made on site, smelled like pool. Breakfast was marginal.

Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at in ages. Extremely clean, friendly staff, and decent breakfast options. I had a 4th floor one bedroom suite and couldn’t hear any noises except for some highway noise (even numbers have highway view). Hot tub was warm and peaceful, and bonus; the hotel recycles. If I had one complaint it would be the condition of hallway wallpaper, the housekeeping carts run the walls making it look run down. They should install chair rails or something, but thats sooo nit picky. The hotel was great and I will return.

For the price and amenities, this is a good hotel. The pool and hot tub were very clean, the fitness room was clean, and my room was clean. My bed was a little lumpy but I attribute that to preferring a memory foam mattress that isn't as firm as opposed to the coil mattress in the room. I'm here for work purposes for a week so having a full-size fridge is great. I hate eating out every night and much prefer to make my own meals. I also love how they offer coin laundry so I don't have to worry about running out of clean clothes. My only gripe is mainly the breakfast offerings. There's a lack of variety. It's sausage muffin sandwiches one morning and bacon breakfast sandwiches the next. Same menu every other day. Multiple times they ran out of waffle batter and/or fresh fruit. Not once did they offer potatoes or biscuits and gravy. I've stayed at other Hilton properties where they offered home fries or biscuits and gravy for breakfast, or pancakes, etc. If you're staying 2 nights or less, you'll be fine. If you're staying longer like me, you're gonna get bored with breakfast real fast. The other thing to note is that housekeeping comes every other day. They're supposed to freshen up the kitchen for you. I tend to not intentionally leave a mess for the housekeeper to clean. I'll pile my towels on the floor for them in the bathroom, throw all the trash into one bin, etc. I make it as easy for them as possible. Only once did my housekeeper freshen up the kitchen for me. The other housekeepers left it dirty and didn't restock the coffee. I had to go to the front desk multiple times for additional coffee packets. My TV remote didn't work well and there was no TV channel lineup provided either. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The front desk staff was friendly during every interaction.I'm not going to fault the hotel for the walls being thin. I bring a small fan with me to help drown out the excess noise. There was one housekeeper in particular who slammed doors early in the morning while servicing her rooms though and that was annoying and a bit inconsiderate. There were kids playing in the pool making a bunch of noise one night also. Again, not the hotel's fault that kids were doing kid things in the pool area. I just left, it's not a big deal.Overall, I'm pleased with my stay. I'll return in a couple weeks for work; I'll bring my own breakfast so I'm not as bored with the selection.Rooms: King suites come with a mini kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher) and is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, silverware, cutting board, toaster, cutting knife, 3 Corningware casserole bowls of assorted sizes and a pasta strainer. There's a can opener too.Bathroom is a stand-up shower only; no tub. Obviously a toilet and sink with vanity mirror is included. There's a hair dryer also. There's a 2 person love seat sofa that flips out to a bed I believe. The TV console has a bedding set for the sofa on the left hand side. The right side is the dresser (there's 3 drawers). TV swivels to face the King bed if you'd like. There's a little curtain to separate the King bed from the sofa if you'd like. There's a large work desk with an office chair and lamp, plus 2 big shelves to place groceries or other belongings. There's also a rolling table you can pull out and place by the sofa to create a dinner table. Last, there's a closet with an iron and ironing board and you hang up 4 shirts and 4 pairs of pants. The room is very spacious, it's almost like living in a small studio apartment.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. Overall, our experience was excellent.

Rooms: Rooms are nice but a little over priced for what you get.

Hotel is great! Exceeded our expectations. The only call out is that the walls are a bit thin. You can easily hear people in other rooms sneezing and their cell phones buzzing.

I stayed here one night and had an amazing experience... the check-in staff was helpful, my room was spacious, clean, and quiet, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It was SO nice that I made a separate second booking for the next night (and drove across town to stay here). What a disappointment. The check-in staff charged me for the stay twice. I paid in full through an app and then the clerk charged me again for the night on the card intended for incidentals. The clerk was resistant to seeing his error. I confirmed that second charge was reversed but it was frustrating to defend my initial payment. Had I not caught that second payment immediately, no doubt it would have gone through on my account.Additionally, the first night I was told the in-room bottled waters were complimentary; I did not get the same message the second night. Evidently, it was assumed I knew that? The room had a scuffed door (which set the tone for what was inside...) - stained couch, badly repaired water damage near the shower, and a broken office chair. There was no placard for TV stations. The bathroom wastebasket was on top of the toilet. The worst part is that it was the last room on the top floor so freeway noise was non-stop all night and, adding insult to injury, was the furthest from the elevator. Since parking was not available, walking the length of the hotel four times to get to my room and back was unwelcome exercise.Had my second night been my first night, I would not have gone out of my way to book a return visit.Inconsistency in quality and service kills brand trust. Despite the positive first night stay, the second stay was so bad that I cannot recommend staying here and will not be back.
