Despite other reviews, the company I work for has had a very poor experience working with ewald fleet services. Horrible customer service..... the account manager we worked with was nearly impossible to get any kind of timely response from. Furthermore, when requesting a vehicle, they would essentailly ignore the request of the vehicle we wanted and pushed us on a vehicle we weren't interested in. Despite giving us a sales pitch that they could source any vehicle for us. This is just the tip of the iceberg and I could go on and on about our frustrations with this company.

The prices and terms are great but most importantly the customer service is fantastic and second to none.

My lab in New Berlin, WI has 4 vehicles we lease from Ewald and Dave Goetz along the full Ewald support team are great to work with from vehicle selection, payment/lease parameters to match our requirements, flexible options, gas cards, maintenance, any extra items needed and when updates to our fleet make sense.
