I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cricket store, and I must say that the service I received was absolutely top-notch. First, the store's atmosphere was clean, organized and inviting.The staff was knowledgeable, patient and friendly, helping me find the perfect phone. They deserve the five stars.

We had a good experience here, the store rep went above and beyond for us. We added a line for an iPhone on the app and were waiting for a sim card for my fiancée, I needed a new phone. I picked out a Samsung phone and explained to the rep that we were waiting for a sim on her phone. Turns out her iPhone had esim capability so we didn't need a physical sim. He set up her phone and hooked me up with my phone at a great price with a case and screen protector included.

As I type this I am sitting in front of Cricket. The website says they open at noon on Sundays. One part of the door says they open at noon. Another part of the door says they open at 1pm either way it is now almost 1:10 and I'm still waiting to see someone in the store. All I want is a new phone. I'm VERY surprised that this place is still open. I have had a lot of issues with this location.

Drove 20 min, Store was closed on Sunday even though hours sign says it’s openReturned Monday and customer service was horrible. So sad. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I want in because my phone stopped working. The sales person named Agnery. G was very very rude she picked out my phone and case she didn't let me pick out my phone or my case she basically chose items for me. I called corporate and said I could return when I went to return she didn't want to return the new phone. Now I don't have a phone and the new phone requires a new Sim card. The worst experience I have had!! Agnery. G should not be working there was so rude and also rude to other customers that were in the store also. I will be changing carriers also.
