I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cricket store, and I must say that the service I received was absolutely top-notch. First, the store's atmosphere was clean, organized and inviting.The staff was knowledgeable, patient and friendly, helping me find the perfect phone. They deserve the five stars.

We had a good experience here, the store rep went above and beyond for us. We added a line for an iPhone on the app and were waiting for a sim card for my fiancée, I needed a new phone. I picked out a Samsung phone and explained to the rep that we were waiting for a sim on her phone. Turns out her iPhone had esim capability so we didn't need a physical sim. He set up her phone and hooked me up with my phone at a great price with a case and screen protector included.
