I have had very poor customer service from cardiac, The sales rep was very unhelpful and did not provide any help when trying figure out the correct replacement part. I ended up ordering the wrong part (because the website only had 1 model) and it did not fit. When I alerted the sales rep, they told me call customer services and the customer services told me to send an email. I am sure all of my information is on their file. My advice to cardiac Science is Just be the person to pull up the customer file and actually provide your client's service and not keep sending your customers on wild goose chase.

terrible customer service. buyer beware if you open the product whatsoever they will not give a refund.
