“Love this place. We went to pump up our tires, and quickly realized our tire spout was chipped, causing air to flow out instead of in when the common air pump was applied. 5 girls, 1 tire, 3 hour drive ahead, tire quickly declining to 6 psi. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the kindest, smartest worker, Joshua (hopefully future employee of the year). He took a quick glance and realized what we needed wasn’t what the average Kwik Trip would provide. With ease, he ran to his personal vehicle and grabbed his electric air pump, knowing this would do the trick. Sure enough, amongst frigid cold temperatures and a thin uniform vest, Joshua restored our front left tire to its entirety. Joshua, we couldn’t thank you enough and are now nearly halfway to our desired destination. Joshua was also on his break and did not seek any type of compensation for his work. We need more Joshua’s in this world.Thank you and take care.”
“I brought my Model X here for paint correction, full PPF wrap, two coat ceramic package and window tinting. Rick, Andy and Brett were professional, timely and met my expectations. I am very particular and they exceeded my expectations. Ask them for the complimentary wash a month or two after your service and you can get the experience all over again for free. “Four stars is for the variety and the prices, mostly. The biggest gripe I have is why do the cashiers and bag people always seem uninterested in learning their job and doing it with efficiency? If they are obviously training they almost always act like they haven't been trained at all. I thought the employee owned made it so everyone cared to do a good job.The self checkout never work properly so they are NOT an option”
