It is the worst service I have received from the Boost company, that man is very rude, I have seen how he treats other Latin costumers with a very bad attitude. They should employ a person who treats customers with respect and who answers questions without having a bad attitude. My husband changed companies so he wouldn't have to deal with him.

Imagine I come in to buy a new phone great it's supposed to be 280 I pay 200 in cash and then 80 in card. I get my credit card statement back saying the card got charged 180. I call and they tell me that I should have gotten a refund but I didn't and if I HAD NOT CHECKED MY CARD STATEMENT that man would have not told me anything and kept my money. I come in and he gives me my 100 dollars back in cash. I ask him why he didn't notify me of any mistakes and he starts spewing some nonsense. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT JUST TO GET THEIR OWN MONEY BACK
