One of the worst customer services experience i have ever dealt with. My battery was 1 month out of warranty and they basically said pound sand!! I get that but i brought this battery in last year and someone said that it was fine even though i knew it was not. What a joke of a place, after purchasing 5 batteries in the past 4 years i will never go to them again. Even if i was on a desert dirt road and i needed a battery i would walk!! Thanks for nothing Batteries Plus. Just wanted to up-date this post. Now i have a second battery that is doing the exact same thing. I wont bother to try to exchange it because this one was bought at the same time. Thanks a lot for no service batteries minus yes minus service!

On- line ordering is the quickest if you know what you need. Prices are ok but better with coupons.
