Usually seen in a timely manner. Caring staff and doctors. Never feel rushed. Very happy with Aurora Healthcare system.

Derek in billing was rude to me when I called with a question. I am asking because I didn’t know. The chuckle at the amount I owe equals me finding a new doctor in a different network. You cost Aurora ALOT of future business.

I had a an urgent care appointment. I was able to schedule it online, vs waiting 3 hours there. Nurse and doctor were very efficient, friendly, and compassionate. I also had a great experience with the radiology tech Katie. I needed an ultra sound and had a lot of anxiety, and she made my experience very delightful. Such a beautiful personality, and walked me through everything she was doing.

Went for "Physical Therapy", which was a joke. The "physical therapist" (glorified personal trainer) showed me a few exercises, printed the instructions out on paper, and sent me home with them. I guess it was printed on gold paper, because it cost me 1400, totaling to 780 after insurance. This place is obviously a scam. I tried to get some insight on what I was experiencing by describing some of the body issues I was having, and she seemed quite annoyed with me and gave me no information in response. Unbelieveable. Now I am back in debt. Thanks Aurora, for screwing over a young woman in recovery. You should take "Advocate" out of your name, because you sure as hell don't advocate for your patients. You just advocate for money and greed.

They make me wait in a long line to drop off just a stool sample. The receptionists are rude . The Brookfield wi location told me I needed an appointment and couldn't find me in the system for some odd reason. A woman named Katie that is a receptionist at west allis labs is rude also. It literally says a sign to silence phones and to make phone calls outside due to there courtesy. They also told me a different address that I don't live in at all for my address which makes me skeptable if they are futzing around with my information. I absolutely don't prefer to say my name and address out loud when they ask me in front of other patients waiting. Katie told me I had to type it in the computer. I asked for her assistance , and she ignored me. I am seriously thinking of switching hmos. Aurora get a more knowledgeable staff that know how to do there job correctly .

I was very sick. The nurses and staff at the hospital were excellent. I found the ER staff excellent. My hospitalist was very knowledgeable, but very stand offish. Not friendly at all. Food ok. Meat awful. Over cooked and cold. Still would highly recommend.

They overcharge for everything (over the amount negotiated with my good health insurance plan) so even preventative exams & tests must be partially paid out of pocket. Doctor would not suggest anything other than seeing his recommended Aurora physical therapist (for my strained muscle on my second toe!) . He ordered tests I did not consent to such as 3 separate iron tests (I don't have an iron problem). I understand 1 test but not 3. Mammogram was overcharged so I would have to pay extra $250 as well. Patients really don't "have a choice" when signing all the documents ahead of the appointment. I guess I know how they afford such a luxurious building & all that staff that sits around talking to & gossiping & laughing with each other.

multiple nurses have treated me hostilely and as if i am an addict, i have had no such history and have never had pills other than antidepressants and antibiotics, i believe it’s because i have piercings and tattoos. one nurse told me i was lying about symptoms being related to my medication and told me to call 911. all in all a very lazy and uncaring staff
