This is very unfortunate for me to do. I recommend taking the drive to another locations. Terrible communication, staff lacks accountability, they tell customers one thing to only relay a false statement to management. So now in order to receive a refund I have to wait 30days for a priority package the was suppose to be delivered on the 1st of June

Always returns packages and makes me pick them up at the post office most un-convientant and only post office that dosnt follow delivery instructions and only delivery service that does this to me it makes my living in this town more difficult and my time

I have always had great luck with Watertown's Postal Service. I used to visit very frequently when I sold action figures a few years back. I never had a problem getting my packages out and delivered. There were always such friendly faces as well. Keep up the great work!

I love to give supportive reviews but not this time. I have something that is sitting in "pre-shipment" for like over 5 days. I ordered well in time for Xmas but now who knows whether my parcel will make it? What, should we blame this on covid-19?

I called so I could try to have my mail delivered earlier in the day since I am absent for work from 2:-2:30pm to 3 am the next morning and would like mail to be delivered when I’m home. They hung up on my before even finishing.

Usually pretty busy. Some staff are supper nice and others not so much. But as a whole USPS hasn't been good. I've had multiple packages get lost now, that I've ordered but also sent so now it's costing me money

Never in my life have I had to prove to a stranger that I wasn't lying in my own home. My wife and I were accused of almost assaulting mail carrier with a baseball bat early Saturday morning by two USPS employees. One of which is named Nathan, a supervisor, the other did not give his name. I assume he was the carrier, even though he replied "no" after I asked him if he was. They claimed that the cars parked in my driveway were involved in the incident. The whole incident involving the carrier and this other woman was caught on a ring door bell camera by a near by neighbor. My incident with the two employees was caught on my ring door bell camera. There's a list of reasons why this is not okay. I don't need to explain what they are. I just have a hard time accepting that you messed this up this bad. You saw the car and the person involved. And then LIED to me when you said the situation involved a husband and wife in a black and silver car. The actual situation was a blonde woman with a pink bat in a black car. My wife has black hair and is pregnant. When I expressed that they scoffed and replied "no she's not".PS - The situation happened because the woman involved thought the mail carrier was actually a thief stealing packages. It was a misunderstanding that they continued to look into after the fact. Which then landed them at my house.

My mail was overstuffed into my rural mailbox, and was found all over thestreet by a neighbor. If its that full,it should be brought to the house.Very poor serbice.
