Took an explorer van in to have a new stereo put in and 2 USB ports. When the car was returned, there were several headliner clips broken(they decided to put a new microphone in, I'm assuming because of the new stero) and when I called that day to get these things taken care of and I was told I would be put on the schedule 3 weeks out.A year later neither USB ports work. I would not recommend this business for van modifications.

Very nice place. They do motorcycle and car audio. Staff is very knowledgeable and good to work with. Had my 2022 street glide audio done here. Was a six speaker install and very happy with it. Would highly recommend going and seeing what they can do for you.

Amazing people to work with and great quality of products. I bought a kit at Tomahawk Fall Ride for my Road King the guys worked with me for picking it up later and even once I was home and installing I had some questions so I reached out and was answered with quick and knowledgeable responses will definitely be doing business again with Fox River Audio they ROCK!!!!! Will add pictures when I get a chance to do so

Absolute TOP NOTCH SERVICE! For years I was frustrated with the poor quality of the stock audio in my truck, and decided it was finally time to do something about it. I am so happy with my decision to take it to Fox River. My sound system sounds better than I could have ever imagined, both in volume and sound quality. The last few days I found myself sitting in my driveway when I get home for a few extra minutes just so I can finish blasting the song I have playing ?100% recommend and will be bringing all my future vehicles here

I bought some parts for my motorcycle audio system on Amazon from this group. I will tell you in my history of customer service I have never had anyone provide the high level of professionalism and high-quality service that this team provides. I bought an off the shelf product but couldn't imagine what the level of service they provide as well to their customers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Fox River Audio. I dropped my truck off in the morning, and by 2pm, it was finished. They communicated extremely well. The price was very reasonable. Sound system sounds amazing. Thanks to all of you!!:)

Called about getting a set of hard to find speakers that the manufacturer said would be in stock at their store. Could not find on the online store. Person hands on confirmed availability and added to website almost immediately. He then personally emailed me a link to order and shipped the next business day. Good customer service would have been telling me to watch the site until product was available. Exceptional customer service is adding a product at my request and emailing me that it is there in less than an hour. You don't get that anywhere else.

With the weather turning cold, I am so thankful for my remote start that was installed by Webtron-X. Install was quick and smooth. Scheduling was easy. Staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend them.

Listen, i keep seeing bogus negative reviews of this local business and it’s ridiculous. I have been in the mobile audio game since 1992 and i can tell you without hesitation, this is a reputable shop…period. I have wanted my own shop but it never panned out so im happy it did for these guys. They’re work is top notch and they know what they’re doing. They’re polite and respectful as long as you are as well. Yeah, sometimes there is someone new that is still learning the ropes and may not be as knowledgeable as others, but then again neither was i when I installed my first “system” back in 1992. Stop berating this business because of your own mistakes and failure to pay attention to policies. Have a wonderful day.
