Walworth US Post Office has a very helpful, friendly staff. I have yet to meet a single employee who is crabby or impatient. Our delivery person is great.We get a lot of small package mail. Delivery personnel do their best to fit it in the box but sometimes it's stuffed. The box door has to be repaired frequently. It would be helpful to know if we need a bigger box.Covid changed so many behaviors, especially package shipping. Massive increases in online ordering, deliveries. National Postal Service needs to adjust.Strongly recommend.

3 packages this month alone have arrived badly broken and mishandled with spilled and leaking product thrown inside a plastic baggie with a sticker over all of it saying they were "Sorry" that they broke our stuff?! No phone number, no anything else! When you order a bottle of hand sanitizer and get a plastic baggie with the liquid spilled all over everything inside and leaking all over my other mail, that doesn't make me very happy. In fact it makes me extremely angry that they just slapped a "sorry" bandaid on it and left it at that with even bothering to try to replace it or anything whatsoever. Something needs to be changed about this!!

Sharon is THEE best mail carrier! We just love her and she is efficient, qualified, friendly, outgoing and a very hard worker! I enjoy seeing her van around town and chatting when I can grab her for a moment! She has paid some postage due on packages for me, and allowed me to repay her the next day so I could have my things that day. When I repaid her, she thanked me with a handwritten note! So thoughtful and generous.

So far I have totaled 9 things that have mysteriously vanished! Invitations, letters with printed pictures! That is $4.50 alone in stamps not to mention the stress and embarrassment! I will have to drive to another post office to ensure this place doesn't handle anything of mine! So mad!!
