Drove 40 minutes out there to sell some gold. not knowing that they only buy gold when the retired gold buying lady is free . No where is it advertised to make appt to sell gold . Just a sign in the window claiming to pay top dollar for gold. Wouldn’t recomemd

My husband brought my watch in there to get a simple battery they could not accomplish that goal. Why did they open up a jewelry store if they can't do the job? I guess they thought that's a 500% markup was going to give them all the money they needed but no repairs. Try to deal with locals and you don't get what you need. I'll continue to service the Kenosha area and stick with Herbert Jewelers.

Wonderful place! The owner is so nice and accommodating in terms of what you're looking for and services you might need. Only place I trust to get my jewelry resized or fixed. They also have a great selection in terms of variety of jewelry.

I met Kris at Fortier Jewelers and the sweetest dog, Gemma while browsing. I have to say this is one of the best experiences i've had buying jewelry and I can't wait to return. I loved how Kris made me feel super welcome and like I was chatting with an old friend instead of pushing any sales. She answered all my questions and did a great job of explaining without making me feel like I didn't know anything or couldn't afford anything. The prices are also super reasonable! I went when they were having a 50% off sale so everything was marked down and I bought the cutest silver turtle necklace. We also poured through the jewelry BOOK which has all the items you could think of. They can also order and custom make you almost any piece you can dream about! My boyfriend ordered a gorgeous Christmas gift ring online (from another vendor) and when it came in it did not fit. Fortier did a beautiful job of resizing it and cleaned it at the store. I'm in love with my ring now! Thanks again!

I went in to get a steel wrist watch re-sized to be one link bigger. The first time I walked out of the store, they had made the watch one link smaller. The second time I walked out of the store, they had made the watch four links larger. I ended up watching a 2-minute YouTube video and re-did the job myself. It's too bad I can't get back the time I wasted there.

I have been going to Fortier's for a couple years now and always receive the best service from everyone who works there. Haven't been disappointed once. Everyone is always willing to help and answer questions with a smile on their face. If they don't have what you are looking for in the store they are more then happy to check around and see what they can find for you. They fix and size things very quickly, unlike other places I have gone when I have waited weeks for things to be done, they have them done within days...very impressed. Will continue to go to them for all my jewelry needs.
