Went in, waited 10 Minutes in line and then I was called up. And then a guy sitting to the left of the teller said that guy way over there was first so he came over so I stood in line another 10 minutes. Finally when he was done I walked up, said i needed a roll of quarters. Then a guy walked up behind me and said that he was next, but he let me go ahead. The teller said she had no quarters. She asked teller next to her if he had any quarters. He said no. And so I asked her this is a bank correct? She said yes, I said you have no quarters and she said no. Won't be back and won't recommend

First,the employees in the bank are great. I opened an account in the estate of my dad. 2 week hold on a cashier's check...ordered checks still not here after 3 weeks. Spoke to someone on the phone who offered to reorder. I decided to just close and use a different bank. This is apparently a drawn out process for associated as well. I am just going to empty the account.

I keep having issues with the on-line banking. There on-line access frequently asks to call or text me to give ma a "code" so I can access my account. It has become an annoyance and today, it wasn't even calling my correct phone number to give me the code. Very annoying and I had to call the Twin Lakes branch to find out that for some reason, they no longer had my correct phone number. I asked who I can talk to in order to reduce how often their system wants to call me with a code so I can get in to my account. The number I was given to call put me through many different options of numbers for me to push but did not get me to a live person. I was on hold for a live person for over 15 minutes and finally gave up. Associated Bank's on-line banking gets zero stars from me. I am about ready to move my account to another bank.

This bank has closed my account with no notice and will not tell me why. They simply stated they have the right to terminate the “relationship with the customer” at anytime. I have only been a customer for 1 month. This bank will close your account for no reason and not give you answers. If you report an unauthorized charge guess what “they reserve the right” to not give you a temporary credit until after 10 business days, but on day number 9 they then state that the charge was authorized and then say that in order to prove it wasn’t you need to provide “legal documentation” to get your money back. Do NOT bank with Associated Bank.
