I swear, there has to be a question on the application for government employee candidates that asks, "Are you consistently in a bad mood and lack essential customer service skills?" If the applicant checks "yes," they're automatically hired for customer-facing postal service positions and placed at this location. I dread every time I need to go to this post office and have contact with the majority of these employees just to get something mailed. In my experience, the employees have been incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Good as usual. Don’t use these much these days, but every time I got in, it still feels and look a lot like back when I was a kid. Service is always reasonable.

This location is great. My only recommendation is that they install a package drop box. Instead, they have a wheeled cart everyone uses. This makes me nervous because I moved here from Milwaukee where mail is frequently stolen. What’s stopping someone from taking packages out of the cart? I hope there’s security cameras pointed at the cart.

They have had such a turnover of postal staff. They haven't known how to put our check for our mailing account into the system. Not enough knowledgeable staff.

Horrible service! Rude disrespectful behavior.Monique hung up , was rude. Such a disgrace!New manager Nancy is a very poor choice.Just because they work thru the union they can not be fired!! I will NEVER visit this location again. And will tell everybody about them. Feels like we live in a socialist country. No rights, no laws! SHAME!!!

Excellent service at this post office. Friendly cashiers. They always answer all of my questions and find me the lowest rate when sending mail or packages.
