My wife placed an online delivery order. Contacted the next morning the delivery was outside their delivery zone and the item ordered was not available. After failing to place my order with an affiliate they told me there was a $12 cancellation charge. After realizing the true error was the website accepting an out of state order and even if it was local they lacked the vase, I asked for a full refund which was rejected and argued with. Poor customer service and a bad experience. Any other business website would reject the order immediately for both reasons (location and inventory)
Based on the fee I suspect this is intentional and a revenue stream.

I stopped in at Sussex Country Floral Shoppe on Main Street to order a wedding bouquet and boutonnière for my wedding. After leaving, I felt being my second marriage as well as a ceremony at the courthouse and a very small dinner gathering, the size of the bouquet was going to be too large. I called and spoke to the owner again. She understood my request for a smaller bouquet which I wanted made up with daisies. I also mentioned not too small because I am 5’9” and a little larger boned person. When I picked it up the morning of my wedding, I was shocked at the size of the bouquet. One of my hands is bigger than the bouquet! It was embarrassing. I asked if there was anything that could be done and the owner said ‘No’ she is out of flowers. I had no choice but to purchase both items.
When I got into my car I cried. And the daisies were folded and some fell off In the plastic bag that it was in. My granddaughter suggested calling another florist.
I called BANK OF FLOWERS in Menomonee Falls. They said I should come over, they will help me. They were absolutely wonderful and were able to create the most beautiful bouquet I have ever had. It was perfect. They created the bouquet and matching boutonniere in just one hour. My husband to be picked it up. When he showed me the bouquet, was breathless. It was perfect. I called them immediately and thanked them!

I've used this florist multiple times for my mom who lives in Colgate and we have always had such a great experience. The best florist in the area for sure!

I ordered flowers from Michigan by phone for my Sister in Wisconsin..
The lady who took my order was very nice. The Flowers were in a smiley face planter cup..They turned out Beautiful.
My Sister loved them and was very surprised.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother’s memorial service. I gave an idea of what I wanted and David & Lauri came up with a beautiful arrangement that was just perfect. They treated me respectfully and were compassionate and empathetic to my situation. Will absolutely order again!

Personable, helpful, and focused on delivering a quality product. I can't say enough about this business. Even when it is freezing outside, they take great care to deliver. I was concerned that an arrangement might get ruined if delivered when no one was home, but the owners reassured me that the call to make sure someone is there to receive the order so that it would not sit outside. What a joy. Thank you for being such caring and attentive business owners.

This is quite possibly the WORLD'S WORST FLORIST.I've never had so much difficulty ordering flowers for anyone ever. First, they left an ugly message on my husband's voicemail about reaching me (because I don't give my phone number out and they tracked his somehow). Next, they tried to substitute the purple orchid I ordered with a white one, despite my order saying NO substitutions. We finally settled on how to resolve that, and then they continued to contact me repeatedly to figure out when my friend was home (because they refuse to attempt delivery without confirmation the recipient is home).They wouldn't even make one delivery attempt without charging me $11.95. She lives less than a mile from them. They even suggested she come pick up to the store and pick them up! How tacky. David called me up just now accusing me of "resisting them at every turn" and yelling at me simply because I didn't want to give them my friend's phone number and wanted the delivery to be a surprise. BUY ELSEWHERE.

It is 100% family owned by residents of Sussex, and operated by three generations of the same family!Weddings, parties, events, funerals, and general occasion fresh flowers and plants are just a part of what she does. Every customer is made to feel like they're the only one, even though that couldn't be farther from the truth. They've served literally thousands of people.Be wary of the fake reviews by "Aracelys Torres", "Wilma Rojas", "Rachel Wick", "Tiffany Kells", "Jen Dawn", "Collin Gillen". I verified with the owners that not one of these people have ever used the business.You also might see many fake reviews by Bruce Ailey. Those include the "Bruce Robert" account that is his main, plus "Brett Williams", "Robert LaBello", "Gary Fryda", "Ghost My Whisperer", "Yashi Wright", "Steve Bielinski".No clue why Google allows this guy to keep harassing people like this. He is also impersonating the owner by making a fake "David Ailey" account and spamming other businesses, so watch out!

I am a real person, who purchased from this business, I am not a fake review as one review suggests. I gave the invoice if google wants to verify my purchase. I think that some if the positive re Jews might be fake. Some how they took down my review. This is what happened: November 2022. I ordered a $50 arrange for my daughter who had a new baby, the “arrangement”, it was poorly done, the flowers were sparse 5-6 flowers and fillers ($8 worth at the grocery store), she said what do expect for only $50? I said I expect to look like the picture of what I ordered. They will not give you something like the picture. If you want pictures of what I ordered and what was sent contact me. The managers was very rude, short and snippy. I contacted her the say the flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered and poorly done, I even sent her a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered. - completely different- basically it looked like they picked out flowers that were almost done and what was left in the cooler and shoved them in a vase. , she made no attempt to make it right. I ordered another bouquet from a different florist for the same $50 and it was beautiful. Buyer beware

I use Sussex Country Floral, I won't go anywhere else. The company I work for regularly sends arrangements to employees for various occasions. I personally order from them and have never been disappointed with the service or the floral arrangements. They go out of their way to deliver what is ordered. Love them

AMAZING service and beautiful arrangement. We needed an unexpected bouquet delivered same day and boy did they deliver!!! The woman who answered the phone (sadly I forgot her name) was so kind and helpful. The particular flower we wanted was out of stock but she recommended a gorgeous replacement. The arrangement was so beautiful and meant so much to our friend. We will definitely be using you for our future floral needs! Thank you!
