Called the store to see if items are ready same day and the recording clearly indicates items dropped off by 10 am are ready by 4 pm Monday through Saturday. Dropped off at 9:40 am. Called at 5:30 pm to ask why I hadn't received a notification the order was ready. Listened to the same recording clearly stating in by 10, done by 4. Was told it's changed, the cutoff is 8 am now so it won't be ready until Monday. This is Friday. One would think, at an absolute bare minimum, the items could be ready on the next day they claim to offer same day service.

Arrived to pick up suit for funeral out of town tomorrow and the pants are missing. They were acting like there is nothing they could do because they don’t clean them here and have to call around to find them. Two trips in one. First and last.

Will look elsewhere. I like the service being fast, but don't bother with typing any special instructions. I specified where stains were on the shirt inside and outside collar and none look like there was any attention paid to them with cleaning. Disappointed considering it asks for special notes on where to have cleaned

They didn't even clean my tie and pants. I noticed when I got home, and they just folded it and gave it back.

Got my clothes clean and they were ready when I got there, but if you are going to a completely cashless system, you have to make sure the system never fails. Glad the young woman there was able to find and do a manual card of my debt info and process it once it came back up and I didn't have to come back to get my suit.

I had such a great customer service experience at this location! One employee went above and beyond to ensure that my dry cleaning would be finished and in my hands before a flight. After several phone calls she let me know the SECOND my order was back on the rack with plenty of time to spare.

Awesome place, I always get my clothes back clean and crisp whenever I take them here. The staff has integrity too, one time I left $20 in a pants pocket on accident and they returned it to me with my clothes rather than taking it!
