opens at 11 yet never answers drive thru at 11:15, several times now, won't answer phone, will not waste my time again until I see under new management sign...goodbye kfc ?

Absolutely terrible. Got dinner here last night and it was a horrible experience, especially given how expensive KFC is now. They completely screwed up our first order and then forgot an order of hot wings the second time around. By the time we got our food the biscuits and nuggets were cold and rock solid. The fries were soggy and slimy. Just gross.

Horrible! I bought food online and went to pick it up. When I got there they canceled my order. TWICE! I had to go in to place the order. I placed it and got 2 meals with only one drink and one fry. I tried to talk to the manager and she had no idea what to do and would not help me. Never going back!
