Long time Grand customer. The experience was excellent from sales thru delivery. On the sales side we dealt with Aimee Cornelio for one transaction and Dennis McCarthey for another. They responded quickly to questions and were a pleasure to work with. Both were great! On the delivery side we had 2 deliveries from Gibson (a JB Hunt contractor). He and his crew were on time, very careful, did a great job and were very friendly. Grand is the best.

My washing machine died unexpectedly, and I was able to purchase the unit I wanted to replace it with over the phone, have it delivered, installed, and my old machines recycled all within a week.My sales rep - Michael Lajter -went above and beyond and found a slightly cheaper set that was in a different color and did some digging to find me additional rebates I could use.Communication from sales to delivery and install were all too notch. It was delivered on time. Received a day ahead confirmation and a morning of phone call. And the install went super smoothly.Highly recommend Grand Appliance to everyone.

I had a "Grand" experience. The sales associate who helped me was professional, friendly, and forthcoming with information about the appliance and an upcoming sale. He advised me to come back once the sale price was announced; once I did, I closed the deal and it was a win-win. He was able to get me an excellent machine at an amazing price. Purchase assistance with Tom VanDyck was prompt and seemless. Appreciated his thoroughness to ensure we purchased the proper size appliances. Delivery and installation went without a hitch. Freddy was on time and very personable. Great experience.

We have boughten a number of appliances there thru the years and always had a good experience. Today we went looking for a new range. Dennis did a great job of explaining the different features on the stoves and guided us to the one we purchased. Would recommend Dennis anytime !!!

We appreciated having a store to go into so that we could see and engage with different refrigerators and how they worked. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the appliances, answered questions, was helpful and patient. We are excited about our purchase and happy they were there to work with!

Hottest day of year and the 8- year old air conditioner failed. It is through-the-wall kind. I called Grand on phone and was able to purchase without going into store. Best of all it will be installed next week which I am very pleased as it is August and I thought it would take at least a couple weeks.

Very positive experience. I bought a GE washing machine on clearance, hundreds below sticker price, looks like new. On time delivery - I really liked the tracking option, which updates you on driver's arrival in real time on your phone. I would surely buy again!

We were able to sort through everything very quickly. They answered all of our questions, and made it easy for us to understand and make our decision. This is the second time within six months that we were able to make the purchase we were very happy with.

Mike is awesome and was so helpful in the purchase of the perfect fridge/freezer. My 13 year old also gives him 5 stars saying he is good at his job and involves kids. Thank you for making her feel important too! We can’t wait until Wednesday!

Fantastic! Wouldrecommend. Technicians were fantastic and polite. Walked us through how to operate the appliances and best pros and cons for a longer life of them. Speedy install and removal of the old units. Over all experience from walking into Grand’s showroom to the finished product is a 10 out of 10.

My wife and I went to Grand Appliance looking for a new washer and dryer set. Dennis helped us and was very knowledgeable on the appliances he was selling. He was also very personable and positive. Really appreciate Dennis’s wealth of knowledge and willingness to help!
