No problems at all! Rented a unit for a few months and got my deposit back!! The deposit was sent quite quickly as well.

Wish i could give 0 stars. I just wanted to let Sun prairie resident know NEVER use 2nd garage storage. My belongings were completely ruined. Mice infested my storage unit. I had no food in my storage so they ate shoes, clothes, books, blankets. I spoke to the owner who refused to compensate me for any damage. She even charged me for not sweeping out the unit which i did. Not only did my stuff get ruined, i brought boxes full of mice to my new home. BEWARE
