Judging by the fist sized hole in my package, I’m going to guess that my delivery driver has some unresolved anger management issues. Management did not seem concerned, which leads me to believe that this is not the first time.

This location is horrible!!! They are either, lazy, stupid, or stealing my packages! I get Hello Fresh sometimes and unfortunately, the company partners with UPS to deliver the packages. I did not get my last 3 packages! The first one, it said it was delivered, but I never got it. So, they either stole it or gave it to the wrong apartment number, the second time it was delayed for 2 days because of Thanksgiving mind you my package is PERISHABLE FOOD...and so when the day came to finally be delivered, it got put on hold because it was damaged. The 3rd time was today. It did not get delivered. Now I have to wait and HOPE they deliver it tomorrow. The food is good up to 48 hours out of the fridge. Shouldn't perishables be top priority???Hello Fresh had to reimburse me twice!I'm so angry with UPS right now. Can't even get ahold of an agent on the phone! I have to cancel my Hello Fresh subscription so I am not wasting my money or lose my sanity. Amazon is definitely better. UPS could learn a thing or 2 from them.

They atleast pay out their insurance policies unlike FedEx. But the service isn’t all that great.

Zero stars. 2nd time a UPS driver has delivered a steaming pile. This is a shipping company? Literally could not move the box without items and styrofoam spilling out. This is sad and now I have to spend time sending it all back. Lots cracked and broken parts.

Absolutely impossible to receive customer service over the phone. The automated service can’t understand simple requests. All I tried to do was find my rejected delivery package. Impossible to get thru to a representative.

the guy are the front counter was phenomenal. I think his name was jamall? not sure, but he went above and beyond packaging up a bulky item for me. guy deserves a raise. i will be back due to the great service.

I had great service here. The front desk guy is very friendly and professional. I'll definitely use this drop-off location again.

Depending on the time of day, the UPS drivers could care less that you are trying to find a parking spot let alone get into the service center. They park their truck any and everywhere and don't seem to care if they even leave a lane open so customers or even other drivers can get through. One driver even went so far as to park his semi cab across all the lanes of customer parking spots, including the handicap spots. Outside of their departure/arrival times though, this is a very well run business with easy access and friendly staff

Ordered a small Christmas gift from Amazon a week ago and it’s still sitting at the UPS location in Wisconsin. Was suppose to be delivered two days ago. No information on what the hold up is.

We had a scheduled delivery for September 28. Unfortunately we took our lunch break and not in the office. Both our packages had no signature required. Yet the driver took it upon himself to take the packages back to the UPS location. We tried to reroute them to our desired location but they wanted extra money for the drivers fault! We will never send/receive our packages with UPS ever again! We are a small business and now we have to explain to our clients that they have to wait a few more days due to incompetence by the driver.
