I ordered a washer from Samsung and was supposed to receive it in 3 days. XPO called me on the day of the delivery and said that they had to reschedule the delivery date 10 days out from the original date it was to be delivered. The agent on the phone assured me that someone from the local hub would call me in 24- 48 hours. No phone call. Bad business practices.
