There is a young man by the name of Landon at your store , he is extremely respectful, friendly, and quite knowledgeable of everything. Hard to find great customer service, and amazing dedicated associates. Need a ton of people like him!!

Asleson's has everything, and if they don't they can get it. I was hooked on the store several decades ago when I was looking for a nail set, but could only find two packs. Mr. Asleson ripped the pack open and said here, now you have one. Someone else will need just one, and now we have it.Wow! Outstanding customer service from the top down. Everyone there knows what is in the store and where to find it. Many of them even know which parts are needed for any particular project. Need the little brass fitting for the new dishwasher drain, aisle 19. Need a new faucet cartridge, aisle 17. I spend a lot of time on the West side of the store it seems.Ask a Big box store if they cut black pipe. When they are through laughing, the answer is no. Asleson's answer is yes, how much, is there a diagram, and when do you need it?Before starting a project, ANY project, stop in and talk to them. They have the talent, tools, and supplies to make the project go smoothly. From landscaping to installing a new furnace, they have the know how and parts, or they can make them for you. So many reasons I call Asleson's my favorite store in Stoughton. They just need a coffee shop. Probably have one there, I just haven't found it yet.

Had 2 keys made. They quickly showed me the area where keys are made, and made the keys very well. Price was good also

Every time I have come here the service has sucked. Their prices are outrageous and I honestly don't recommend them. If i could give zero stars I would.
