Mark and John are extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a Honda Fit at this dealership and had a fantastic experience. They really go the extra mile to make sure the vehicle you're purchasing is 100% and ready to go. I have checked around at several other small dealerships in the Madison area and never felt very comfortable buying from them simply based on a gut feeling and the way the dealers present themselves. Buying here was a no-brainer. I immediately felt comfortable and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.I would definitely recommend buying from Olson Auto Exchange. It was an easy decision for me.

My car broke down today right outside there driveway. Small Asian girl with zero idea about cars. I saw the owner pull a couple vehicles in then pulled a personal vehicle out. Looked at me with my hood up and drove off. No hey need help no nothing.
