This place is the worst and shiny not be by a College the worst always closed before the time is listed on google and shouldn’t be allowed and it’s a huge inconvenience when they close way earlier then what’s posted and they don’t have hrs on build sand everyone goes by google

New management is terrible. Unfriendly. Prices marked are not honored, even when telling them that the price listed is not what it rang up as. The workers are constantly talking on the phone to someone saying racist things or using a foreign language. My girlfriend felt uncomfortable in this store as well, asking her very personal questions and being creepy. Will never be returning.

Edit: A new owner took over and the inside is closed to cash customers.Can only pay at the pump. We have to go to another store for gas and things now.Will miss the nice workers that went through Hell at times. USED to be a Great place when they were running it. They will be greatly missed. Witnessed at this location: Rampant acts, and horrible vocalizations of racism enacted onto customers by the "manager" calling himself Gary. Filth....from no one cleaning or following Standard Operating Procedures.OSHA, BBB, IRS, FDA, and Workers Rights Groups in Wisconsin, where the F are you? Does Shell pay you off to ignore catastrophic garbage stores like this?Please...... enjoy the upcoming publicly campaign that will be emerging detailing the abuse employees and customers faced here. Also, the good ole local police seemed to turn a few blind eyes themselves.....or they're just incompetent. Either way. The businesses near by all rock!! Don't let this stain on our community keep you from Stevens Point Liquor/Smoke shop, RocknRoll Cafe, and the Asian restaurant and grocery store.

the owner constantly degrades myself and my fiancé. he constantly yells at my fiancé because he has a disability so counting out money takes him sometime. and after stoping there tonight after our trip to fill up. i do not think we will ever be returning to this gas station. not to mention that the owner himself vaps inside the store and does not clean the store at all nor the bathrooms. it’s constantly disgusting inside that store.

I am a mixed woman of 3 different races. I need to start by saying that. I been going back and forth on posting this or not but every time I think about it it gets me upset and the more non positive stories I hear about other peoples experiences IDK if they do post about what happened to them and people are looking over this issue. go there alot because they have cheap gas. The last time I went there to get gas and exchange a vape that didn't work straight out of the wrapper (Elfbar for anyone wondering) the manager of the place right away called me a scamming N-word and B-wordmultiple times and then pressed the panic button. When the 4, yes 4 cops came the manager kept calling me those names I mentioned above infrount of one cop that came inside to see what was going on, and every time he called me a N-word I asked the cop to ask him to stop. Then the cop manhandled me out the door and went back inside for awhile while the other 3 cops are just looking at me. After the one came out the store I asked him why he couldn't tell the manager to stop with the slurs he told me he didn't have time for this and left. The other 3 left too. All the manager had to do was say I'm sorry you don't have a receipt I won't replace it today then, you know? Other locations you don't need a receipt as Elfbars are known to not work right away when u open them sometimes. I have never been asked for a receipt in that situation b4. All I wanted was what I payed 30$ for.

The owner of this gas station is very rude. He loves to speak on the phone while cashing people out, and has refused me service on things I should be able to buy! The sales also make no sense at this station, some things that are 2 for 2.50 (LIKE SODAS) don't actually ring up that way and the owner gets very aggressive when you tell him that's what the sign says! The fountain soda also tasted like it'd never been cleaned!
