Excellent shop. In fact the best, and one that I trust implicitly. They are honest, courteous, efficient, and to the point. They always get work done when they say they will and at a very reasonable price. I can't praise them enough. It is very refreshing to deal with someone so honest these days.

Absolutely trusted, great results, the only shop I’ll get work done with around here. It gets done and at cost, not marked up. Good team, they are the only shop around that seems to have customer loyalty as a value.

I guess this in response to a guy who gave Campus Cycle a really bad review. I worked for a Stevens Point Company for many years and therefore was in the shop on a fairly regular basis. Never a hint of what the negative guy says he was seeing. Sometimes you get what you give? I was on a long solo bike trip in 1988, and I pulled a rear spoke somewhere west of Rapids. I limped the bike into Campus Cycle and Karl was on it immediately and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. I still ride that bike, and it still has one black wheel and one silver. Whenever I do some maintenance, I am reminded of that day. Good to hear Karl is still in the mix.

I found Campus Cycle on Google and of course, read the reviews. I will also be giving them 5 stars. Randy and another gentleman with the glorious head of white hair (I didn't catch his name) were able to fix a bike that my son "tried" to fix. My son told me I knew nothing and that he's been fixing bikes all his life! Yeah ok,.. .he's 15 and all his "fixed" bikes are in the garage inoperable ?.I realized pretty quicky we were going to need professional help. I took it in Friday evening, and Randy called me Saturday morning that it was good to go!! Randy did tell me to tell my son that he had put the new tubes in the tires correctly, though! When I told my son I almost couldn't breathe! His chest puffed out and his head got swollen from all the oxygen he sucked out of the room! Puffer fish...Thanks a lot Randy!!???

I had an amazing experience at Campus Cycle. I had a problem with my bike and they were able to fix it up and had it done the same day without an appointment. Very friendly, welcoming staff.

Great service. I brought in my 20+year old TourEZ recumbent with shifting issues. They looked it over, checked the chain for wear, adjusted the derailleur, and I was good to go. I've used them for years for parts and service. Quality professional work, helpful, knowledgeable, reasonable. You feel comfortable even if you might not be an ardent cyclist. They carry winter gear like snowshoes and skis as well as bikes
