We recently had our pizza order screwed up (got boneless wings instead of bone-in, pizza's wrong with missing toppings, etc). No big deal. When I called the employee wrote down my info and told me to call next time to place my order instead of online. I did just that and the manager Joel took good care of me! We got our order correct, he was polite and friendly (all the staff is really), and Joel specifically made our experience a great one, and that's why we'll be back!

Appalling customer service. Overweight, balding manager was atrocious, wish I got his name. In my brief, negative interaction, I observed him being rude to his employees and then he refused to serve me the food I had ordered after a misunderstanding in ringing up the order.

Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, extra pepperoni, sliced in to squares. If that is extra pepperoni then I wouldn't want to know what regular is. Also if those are squares then my kindergarten lied to me about shapes. Not to mention the crust was supposed to have the garlic stuff on it. I don't think there has been one time I have gone there that they haven't messed up my order and they never do anything to resolve the issue when contacting them. Just needing to throw this out there. The people at the registers are usually pretty nice buy there is an older gentleman during the day that is just rude. I think he might be a manager. I don't know why I ever spend my hard earned money at this place!

Gotta say the pizza is awesome when it's good it's tha bomb. I've gone here probably 5 times in the last year whenever I'm in Sparta I stop in, but I just feel uncomfortable when I have to go to register the big guy( he has glasses) is super unpleasant and is not welcoming at all. I've also seen him talking down to people in the back.. I'm assuming it's the same employee that several of these comments are about. Very clean store and good deals on energy drinks. I wish it had a bigger parking lot!! Will you be adding in more stores in the La Crosse/Sparta area?

Not only was our pizza not cut correctly the toppings were all in the middle and so everything slipped off when u picked up a piece not to mention they didn't cut right so we were picking up pieces definitely won't recommend

Ordered a taco pizza and there was 2 tomatoes, no taco sauce and no chips. When we called they said they were going to put us in the book. Going forward a month we call to order a pizza and get our "free" pizza and they never wrote us in the book. Then they were arguing with us about what happend. I offered my phone number, the date, my order number (since I ordered on the app). We will never go back!

When I order a pizza to be picked up at 5:01 like they told me I don't expect to be told "oh, it's just going in the oven" and it will be another 10-15 minutes. I called at 4:26 and feel it should have been done. Not happy!
