I pulled my kids out of school to get their passports done on the date that I *thought* I set their appointment. Unfortunately, that was a week earlier than the actual appointment. Ann was so great - she stayed a few minutes longer (after already a very long day) and fit them in. Super nice and helpful. She did not need to do that - I was ready to come back again the following week. Her supervisor approved, and we got their pictures and passports sent off. Much appreciated!

I’m guessing when you work for the government you have to have a personality that comes off as rude. The woman today just wasn’t very nice at all and wasn’t very helpful. Felt like I was going to the DMV with the way her personality was.

The customer service here is awful. The front officer worker seemed like she didn't really want to help me. I would rather drive to Stillwater instead of right down the road for help.

They were very helpful in answering my questions regarding a direct mail campaign my company is launching. Ann patiently explained what needs to go on the literature and how to target areas for our mass mailing, including quantities, pricing and distribution prep. She exceeded my expectations of service. Very helpful.

Service from the 2 women that work there is out of control rude. I’ve gone in twice and both times the women were so rude to not only me just trying to buy stamps and pick up a package but also this poor older gentleman just trying to send out Xmas cards to his family members . Nobody deserves to be treated that way.

Things you should know-Your tax dollars are NOT paying their salaries. Carriers are NOT allowed to exit their vehicles if dogs are on the premises. Carriers are NOT allowed to back up. Carriers do NOT get paid to deliver a parcel to your house they only get paid to deliver to your mailbox. If you see a carrier delivering after 5pm their working for free! You have NO set time for mail delivery. Carriers are at the mercy of their postmasters, distribution center, Amazon and extra Parcel drop offs from UPS and FedEx added daily to their routes. Only the regular carriers get insurance and benefits. And the only way to become a regular is when someone retires, quits or is fired. Most will work over 10yrs before becoming a regular. I lasted less than two weeks as a carrier before I quit. Frankly, the pay is not competitive $17 an hour to work 10+ hours a days, 7 days a week! Breaking your back to get done by dark- There’s a reason every post office is short staffed. Give your carriers a break and if you think you can do better than apply. I guarantee you won’t last any longer than I did.

Went to get a package that was transferred from ups to the post office. Was informed by the lady in the front that they don’t give out those packages as the carrier gets paid for those deliveries and I’d have to wait for it to be delivered to my house tomorrow.

I went there today looking for a box to ship out larger items. This was about 3:30pm, 4/29/2020. I asked for the prices and also asked if they were the largest boxes that they had, she was being rude not wanting to help me and she was already rude to the customer before me. I didn't want to touch the boxes because of covid-19. I wanted to only touch them if I was going to purchase them. Once she told me what the cost was, she just went to the back and never returned, so I left. I don't understand why someone who is supposed to help you, disappears even though you're a customer waiting to purchase an item. She could've at least told me that she'll be right back but she didn't. I'll just go somewhere else, even if it's a further drive.
