Lee knows what he's doing, I will never go to any other shop it's convenient for my location being I live right down the street. I go in I tell em what's wrong ask him how much, he also has very fair prices and he gets it done...he's saved me twice now. I highly recommend Lee's autoservice

Didn't fix our vehicle let us drive off with it and didn't inform us that the motor could be shot which had us with a dead car 2 miles away from shop. Charged us $250 to change only 3 out of 6 spark plugs which I still don't understand why not replace them all when the vehicle was having issues starting! And a tow to grab the car and take it to his shop 5 blocks. Didn't give a receipt and was extremely difficult to contact him. Never will I advise taking your vehicles there!

Brought our car in, and it's been over a month and half, then. It was still sitting outside. My husband was not impressed with your lacked of work. Why do you take so long to fix cars? We even brought you a brand new battery that you requested.In the beginning, you charged us $30+ to do a checkup, and couldn't tell us what was wrong besides what we knew what is wrong with it in the first place. You keep adding additional charges and that mad me upset. If our car is not fix by this week, don't lie that you try your best nor charge us for non-work. Just give us our car back if you can't fix it for future references.Would I recommend this place? Not really. They are just slow. Communication needs to be better. First come, first serve should be a rule that applies to customers, in my opinion that is.Update: They have fixed the car and told my husband what was wrong with the car. There was minor leak with the overall finished but we were content with it. We are doubting if we should go back in the future, overall, we weren't super unsatisfied with the work that they did. But stranding our car for over a month in the shop is questionable. Questionable because you ordered parts that were needed for the car that took over a week. Then after that week, you took another week to ordered more new parts that were needed. When you examined the car, you should had ordered all the parts were needed to install into the car. This profession needs that ability and that is to examine a car and know what the problem was.

Lee is great. It took a bit longer than expected but that was due them getting a wrong part from supplier. I would recommend him for sure. Good honest man and he will walk you through the process.

Why do you take so long to fix cars when it's Hmong people, but you have the audacity to fix the other ethnicity cars first? We even brought you a brand new battery that you requested. Charged us $30+ to do a checkup and couldn't tell us what was wrong besides what WE KNOW what is wrong with it in the first place. Keep adding additional charges so the car better be fix. If our car is not fix by this week, don't lie that you try your best nor charge us for non-work and don't you dare steal our battery. Just give us our car back if you can't fix it. How hard is it??????? Dare God. Would I recommend this place? No. They are slow. Will give an update later if anything changes. Hopefully this review help you out. Peace.

I can't recommend them enough. Excellent mechanics, straightforward. Kind. They take on any job no matter how tough and getting oil changes is a quick happy thing. I've gone here for years and am always satisfied! Once again they came through this week with a less than 24 hour turnaround!
