The staff did an excellent job explaining everything that they were doing. They even checked a filter that I wasn’t aware of and it definitely needed to be changed. They were kind and professional and it didn’t take long for it to be done. I appreciate the staff and their work. Thank you

I have gone to a couple locations and have been satisfied every time, they promptly get you in offer you a bottle of water and quickly get the job done and get you on your way

Zero wait time. They followed all safety procedures and completed my oil change faster than any other place I've been to. The manager "Hank" introduced himself and was super cheerful and efficient. Will return.

Terrible service , won’t be going back and if I’m paying $100 for an oil change it better take more than 10 min. Didn’t check tires, didn’t fill up fluids . Over priced and washed my windshield …. Thanks

They check my fluids and everything and after 10 minutes of waiting, they told me they couldn’t service my oil change because it has a drain bolt installed. Now I just do my own because with the drain bolt, I can just flip the switch and down goes the oil. Less than 10 minutes and it is done. Thanks by the way.

Asked for conventional oil and the store manager refused to put that in. After he already started the service and said he'd only put in the more expensive stuff very disappointed at no point should they be telling a customer that they refuse to put in a certain oil that you sell. Or maybe you should put it on your sign if that is company policy I will not be returning!

I am new to the area and have been to this Take 5 Oil Change location twice now and really appreciate their great work and friendly demeanor. It's definitely my new go-to place. It sure is nice having them not only do the oil change, but wash your windshield, inflate your tires, and do other maintenence inspections and offer to help with any other vehicle needs. It's truly a top notch, full service place with such through, yet speedy work. It's also super convenient to not wait long to get service.
