My friend was looking to buy a certain phone....one of the new models, but interestingly the model was on the display but the store didn't have any of the phones and had to special order a phone. The sale was lost instantly as my friend walked out of the door with no phone, never to return. Not sure about the management philosophy to not have available new products and allow business walk out the door.”

They even went so far as to say that if I still didn’t get the internet , to bring the unit back in & they’d reset that for me also.With service like this, I don’t think I’ll miss my former carrier at all.”

“Usually switching your phone over is a BiG headache (at least for me), BUT not when working with Mary at Verizon in Sheboygan! She must be a phone wizard as it all went so smooth and we switched out four phones, at three different times! She was so knowledgeable about the plans and how to make them work best for our family, and on top of that knew so much about how to make the features on the phone work.
