Website says drive thru opens at 8:30. They don't. Also 9:06 before opened not 9

I was at this bank as I work in 5 states. I went to this branch as I have been with Harris BMO for over 15 years. I wanted to cash a few checks and go to dinner. At the drive thru the bank manager said I need to come inside to verify my pin. I then went inside and after 15 minutes of the teller typing on the screen I said "that is a lot of typing for two checks". He replied he was typing to the manager. She then came over and said she couldn't cash my checks because of fraud. I am actually a fraud investigator by trade. She said my license did not match my home address. This was a business account. I left and cashed the checks at Chase.

8:36am drive thru not open! Accurate hours are pretty important at a bank. Only one branch here, so I got up & drove across town for them to not open at said hours!

I have been banking with bmo for almost a year and I have never had any issues with them until today.I usually go to the Plymouth branch but I work in Sheboygan. I stopped at the Sheboygan location today to cash a check. The check is post dated 1 day. (Tomorrow) the teller tells me that they cannot deposit my check because of that reason & that it is illegal for them to do so. Even though I have gone there, Plymouth, & the Sheb Falls BMO and they have deposited checks of mine up to 2 days early!! The teller seemed very short with me and told me “I could do whatever I wanted with my check the date of but not today.”Either they have the wrong people working that are depositing checks earlier than dated or this girl simply just did not want to deposit my check.

If you cash your check they hold it against your account if you deposit your check it takes days to get it put in the account. Are not open at right times they should be

Would give them 0 stars if I could. They refused to cash a check from Heights Finance, the check is drafted from BMO Harris and I have cashed them there before. I honestly don't understand how you can refuse to cash a check when it is from that very bank. I could understand if it was drafted from a different bank, but the reason I went there was because that is the bank the check was from.
