Very happy with Acuity on my personal lines, and for commercial clients. The few claims we've had, have been extremely easy. Service is great; had a flat tire a few months ago and they had someone out in less than 20min, no charge. Wife also utilized cyber component after her information was compromised and they were very helpful. I have also written several commercial policies for clients using Acuity. Great coverage, easy claims mgmt., very competitive pricing, and pay close attention to details that matter in construction.

After recently binding our auto policy we had to file a claim. The process was better than expected. Our adjuster did a great job communicating the process and our settlement arrived in good time.

Our experience with Acuity Insurance has been excellent. They paid us within a week on an auto claim I had last fall. I was also pleased that our rate increases this year, were well below what my friends have seen.

I have had Acuity Insurance for several years and after filing two moderately expensive auto claims, they dropped our coverage. Maybe someone should let them know that they are in the insurance business and sometimes you need to pay claims.
I would not recommend the company.

My original post was removed because of to much truth.
I am now forced to file a lawsuit against a Texas Mowing Crew who damaged my 2023 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Crew Van fully loaded.
The lawyer$10,000 , Carunch software $10,387 used by insurance companies and Acuity $3,925.81 diminished value a $6074 reduction.
They would rather pay legal fees than pay me my full diminished value.Hence I will. File in court for this amount plus other fees they denied.

I have never been told who my agent is. They take my money every month but have never had any contact with an agent. Sad way to do business if you ask me.

Like all insurance it has gone up drastically in costs the last two years. The difference is Acuity is not going out of business or limiting and nitpicking claims. The costs are up, but the confidence in Acuity remains the same.
