“Staff are always helpful and accommodating. Went in looking at options in regards to getting some more out of our savings and worked with Kathryn. She was very knowledgeable of the products KCU offers and helped my wife an me go over some options based on our needs. Ended up moving our savings into another account that is getting us much more interest without it being locked into a CD.

I called Kohler and spoke with Shari who informed me that such not available since the recipient had converted the check to electronic transfer. However, she said she could provide documentation that the check had been cashed, which she did. I received the two page documentation via email within 30 minutes. It is hard to envision more responsive or more prompt customer service than provided by the employees at Kohler Credit Union.”
