HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Wow, I am blown away by the level of care that I was shown throughout the process of having my vehicle fixed. The staff is so nice and caring. Bob is a very kind and sincere person. I don’t plan to go anywhere else for my vehicle from now on. I am very happy with everything they did. I will be back for any future needs for my van. So thankful to have such a wonderful business close by!!

We can't even tell we hit a deer! They did amazing work, very friendly, answered any questions we had and even detailed our truck inside and out. The loaner car was also a very nice bonus. They made a bad experience with hitting the deer a lot less stressful!!!

Fast, efficient service. My car was towed there for a new starter on a Saturday and it was ready on Wednesday for pickup. They not only changed my starter but they washed the exterior and the interior of my car!

Own a BMW and I always take my car to precision to get cosmetic work done if needed. Hands down they’re the best and every time. They never jeopardize quality. Once again, perfect.

They did a good job but took longer than what they told me. After telling me it will be "done next week" three times, I finally got my car back. When I picked up the car I was furious yet they didn't even acknowledge their lies nor apologize for not being honest or in top of things to realize they had lied 3x. No I'm not going back.

Had a great experience! The wait time to get in was a little long, but they can’t help that they’re busy. I think that shows how amazing they are. Went above and beyond with the fix. Easy to work with and great customer service.

Bob and his staff are fantastic when it comes to customer service! I needed to bring my Jeep in for a few door dings and a paint touch up. Not only did they get me an appointment right away, but they were able to have it done in two days. They communicated when it was going to take an extra day to fit it in and kept to their word. Everyone is very friendly and honest and I would highly recommend!Services: Painting

My wife and I were traveling from the U.P. through Wisconsin back to Ohio. We were a bit north of Wausau when a deer ran out and did damage to my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. There was extensive damage to the truck including the radiator, intercooler, condenser, entire front end and left front fender. I got a hold of Precision Body & Frame and they said they’d take care of me. As we were camping, we had quite a bit of gear on the truck as well as a bicycle rack and roof top tent. They stored the bicycles and bike rack in a secure location for us while they fixed the truck, as we couldn’t take it on the rental car home with us. When they did complete the job, I flew into Wausau to pick up the truck and they even picked me up from the airport! They really did an awesome job fixing up the truck as it looks new again. Even detailed the interior! I can’t say enough about these good folks and the great work that they do!Services: Painting

Had someone sideswipe me on grand. My car was dented and scratched TERRIBLY! My car was not gone for that long and they made it look completely brand new!! They even cleaned the interior for me which I appreciated so much! Bob is such a nice guy so helpful and personable! 10/10 recommend to take your car here for any body work needs!
