“We have been taking our dog here now for a month or so and we love it! Archie our dog has a blast and they handle him with such care and love! The staff are very kind and friendly and are happy to answer questions/explain anything. Animal House is now our primary place for daycare/boarding.”

“I took my kitty bubba here today due to some balding he has been experiencing, bubba has some trauma from prior vet visits elsewhere but the people at petsmart were so kind and gentle with him today, he’s a big boy and such a sweet heart and his behavior today vs at other vets was different he seemed a lot more calm and more willing to cooperate. the vet and nurse also took the time to explain everything to me and possible remedies if the balding were to progress. i definitely will be returning here for any type of issue he has :)”
“Such a great place. Every one there is so nice and helpful. They worked with our dog that we rescued, but hyper focused on other dogs. We couldn't go to the dog park. But after working with them she is not worried about other dogs. And the dog park is a breeze now.”
