Brought a 2015 Chevy Equinox to have an estimate for a check engine light, backfiring and excessive oil use 5 days ago. I also have a 3rd party warranty that is days from expiring. Staff is vary helpful and friendly.

Stranded with no rental or loaner when I was told I’d have one. Was given snotty stuck up responses, was then told to lose my attitude when I calmly said my frustration. Took my vehicle to a different dealer. Worst customer service ever.

We found a used car online and drove 3 hours from Milwaukee to pick it up. The communication was phenomenal with Landon and Dustin. It was 100% worth the drive. The transaction was easy and smooth. We would highly recommend Fred Mueller.
