Incredible dealership with very exceptional servicing. Randy is very good at what he does, and even better at keeping his word. When he tells you a price or states a time frame, there are no hidden fees or anything that creeps up from out of the dark. Being a Saukville resident myself, this is where I will be going for anything pertaining to a vehicle.

We purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq with 5000 miles on it. It was some kind of buyback card deal from New York. Our salesman explained everything to us as the financing person. We got a good primer on how to use it as an EV and promises to back us up if we get stuck.

I had a 7am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation, there is no reason my vehicle should have been kept for over 9 hours. Just because I may not need it back until the end of my work day, doesn't mean that it should be pushed to the end of the schedule when I had an appointment. I needed it back by 430pm...that time came and went with no phone call about my vehicle being ready. I had to make my own phone call for a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver was already on their way home and had to come back and get me. By the time I got there the service department was closed. This set me back over a half hour, in which I had to reschedule and miss other events I had planned in my evening. This is not the first time my vehicle has been kept all day for a simple job. I am not happy and I'm not sure I'll be back.
The only reason this review got 2 stars is because the shuttle driver was absolutely great, he deserves a raise.

I could not be happier with my recent service experience at EvS. All of my concerns were addressed. I was given good recommendations on what needed attention. I was treated very nicely. These guys are a “class act”.
