Three years ago while having a bad covid month, I bought a men's gold bracelet to make me feel better at Walmart for 265.00. A year later I broke the clasp and needed it repaired. LaJewelry sent it to the jeweler in Osceola to have a new clasp welded on because it needed a gold welder. It came back a couple weeks later, cost me 85.00. I was pleased. I wore it another couple years and broke the clasp once again. So of course I took it back to the place with good service. Same protocol. It needed to go to the gold welder in Osceola. She said it might need one more link installed and might cost me around 185 because of it. I said sure...let's do it! Two weeks later, my bracelet is back. The bill is 300.00?? 35 dollars more than I paid for the whole bracelet NEW & still more than a new one costs at Walmart as we speak? A young sales person matter of factly informed me that I was paying for the skilled service of a goldsmith! I smell a rat! Could it be by putting the repair price higher than the purchase price someone might leave it behind for the jeweler to sell it as unclaimed scrap gold for a larger profit? It says right on the ticket that unclaimed items become the property of LaJewelery. Hmmmm Instead I bought a brand new one for less and it still resides in their customer-no show drawer. I've been in business for 36 years. If I don't stick to the price I quote, I am going to hear about it!!

We were looking to buy rings to celebrate our 45th anniversary. We had the best service and enjoyed the experience. And we can't say enough about how beautiful our rings turned out. We both got to choose between different settings and stones. So glad to have them locally, but they are worth the drive if you aren't local.

I had my ring fixed here a few months ago because a diamond had fallen out. Recently after getting it fixed another diamond was lost. Brought it back in to have more work done to it and they honored their work and covered the costs of the second repair for me. We then talked about new ring options to better fit my lifestyle with a less delicate ring. I was given great information and a lot of different options for a budget. I will definitely reccomend and come back when I'm ready to get a new ring!
