Most the sales team there is incompetent. I've TRIED to get two quotes from them. One for deck boards and they said they'd have it the quote ready in 4 days when I called for it - it was clear they hadn't even started. Said they'd get it for me the next day - didn't hear from them for a week - at that point I just ordered from Home Depot. When I did get the quote it wasn't even for the material I asked for.The second quote I needed 2 fascia boards and a box of screws and it took them 4 days to confirm what material I needed - even though the boards come in one size and I gave them specifics on the screws when I called. I still haven't gotten an actual quote.I had my husband call and they got him quoted, confirmed and ordered within MINUTES. Are you kidding me? Total sexism. The only reason I even keep calling them to order is because they can get material in faster than Home Depot. Stay away - go to another supplier - unless you're a man it seems.I called and emailed the manager before writing this review - she did call me back and we had a nice conversation which I did appreciate.

Lost my sales rep. Can't get a house drawing done in a reasonable amount of time. Can't get a delivery without two days notice. Can't get a window order generated in a reasonable amount of time. This place is over worked and under sataffed. It used to run like clockwork. Now it's just disappointing.
