Under educated, junk loaner tools, wasted time, and gas. Their refund back to your card take 3 days, but yet they take the money from you instantly. Overall would give this store 0 stars if possible!

Highly recommend this Auto Parts Store. The Store Associates are Fantastic and really take the time to discuss the issues with you. After dealing with another parts store that didn't even have time to talk with me ( I was the only one in the store) O'Reilly's is now my go to Parts Store. Thank you for such fantastic customer service!

Bought headlight bulbs and asked O'Reilly Auto Parts to install. The guy couldn't do it. Had to buy tools to replace both headlight bulbs. I did not have any low beams since both had burnt out, only had high beams.

Like this store because of there knowledge and solution savvy. I was able to get a price match which saved me from going to Advance for the same part at a lower cost. On the steering stabilizer they made sure all the parts were correct. The bolting nut was the wrong thread, metric, vs sae and made sure I had the correct nut before leaving. The people have a great customer oriented attitude!
