Covid is scary, but if you run a small business and are staying open, you should be kind and welcoming to the customers (of all ages) who come in to support that small business. It's fine to ask people to sanitize, but don't act like your customers offend you. This was one of my favorite places to shop before. After two negative experiences, I won't be going back. Clerks need to be trained to be positive to all customers, and the business' social media posts need to be positive and encouraging. We have choices--online and in big box stores; appreciate us if we walk into Moongate. Great inventory.

This shop has new clothing & gifts upstairs and a lovely collection of vintage clothing downstairs. I shop all over for vintage clothing when I am on vacation and I will say that this shop had some of the best quality I have seen. It is REAL 50s & 60s vintage, not costumes and not 80's 90's. I purchased: Plaid wool pants, plaid mini skirt, blue wool jumper dress, black evening wear dress with matching jacket and a peach silk dress with matching full length jacket. Clearly the shop buyers have very good taste! Prices are less than vintage shops in Minneapolis.

Now to me there is not another store but Moongate. I stop often to see what I cannot live without, and most always I find a few things. I get compliments on everything I wear from Moongate and I say “Thank you - Moongateâ€! I love the personal service you get as Krista knows what I like and tells me when something comes in that is so me! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and just fun! Moongate is a must stop for clothes and so many other things to make your life so much prettier! And one other thing which I treasure is that if I put something on and it looks horrid on me they tell me so - and I like that, honesty! And be sure to tell them I sent you�
