I went there on July 27th, 2024.
About 8.30 pm.
I put my $5.00 to get quarters and it gave me my quarters.
I went to put another $5.00 in it took my $5.00 and then the out of quarters light came on after it took my $5.00.
I called them that night and said what happened and I've called 2 times since so a total of 3 times asking for my money back that their machine stole.
But no call back.
Don't waste your time going there if this is how they treat their customers.
I know it's just $5.00 but I live in Cumberland and I went out of my way to go there and this is how I'm treated.

Reasonable priced, nice tall options. Vacuums, brush and sprayer, garbage. Does the job

I've been coming here for many years. It's always been fantastic. However, this year, I'm not sure what happened. It's not being maintained well, the soap is always out and only one of the card readers works about half of the time. I always loved the hot water wash, soap that cleaned very well and a good wax to make things shine. I can't count on this any more. Hopefully this will resolve by next summer.

Accessible off of Wild Rivers Trail. Just knocked off some mild dirt and mud. Very convenient and a gas station right by it.

Swiped my card 5 times at the self car wash and it wouldn’t work. Looked at my bank account and seen I was charged 5 separate times for a car wash. Contacted the number provided and left a voicemail and no call back. Called another day and they answered and said would send me tokens in the mail to make up for the money charged. Never received the tokens.
