You get here early for a load pick up or drop off there is somewhere for you to park for the night . There is enough space also. They open up at 630ish. Kind folks inside the office. You get a green light you're good to head out if getting unloaded. There are a couple places to get something to eat before coming down this street. If you have a dog then it's a great place for them to run around.

So I ordered a skort which I went by the size chart provided on the website. To be cautious I ordered two different sizes in the skort. Upon receiving the skorts both sizes were to big so I had to order another size down. I paid for expedite shipping because my daughter needed them right away. It was not expedited, that's for sure, when I called to get a refund on the shipping they reluctantly did it. I had to send the wrong size skorts back while I waited on the new skorts to come in which did not work either. I then had to return them as well. I now have two returns which I have sent back already. After about a week in a half after I sent them back I called to see if they had received the skorts back because I hadn't heard anything and no one could tell me anything. I waited another week in a half and called again to find out they received one order back but still couldn't tell me about the second order. It's been 21 days since I sent the first order back and they still haven't even processed the return. I will never shop here again. I have $200 tied up in this company right now and they have their product back. This is very poor business, if I could have given them no star I would have!

I just got my order of 7 pair of slacks from Lands End, and l picked up the first pair enclosed in plastic and thought it was a legging it was so light weight. I then opened and noticed the elastic in waist band was very narrow unlike what l have gotten in the past. The disappointment in the loss of quality is strong. I used to love Lands End when it was connected to Sears and over the years have bought a lot of their clothes. I decided to wear the white pants like leggings under my heavier slacks otherwise l can see thru them. completely dissatisfied. These are not nearly the same sport knit slack l used to buy. These as l said are more the light weight material of leggings.
