Got here at 650 since they "open" at 7am wait 10 mins no prob.... no they don't.... the staff shows up at 7am not to be open until time after. ? if u "OPEN" at 7am then open at 7am not 710 or 715 people have jobs to be at as well... and if this is the way this establishment is ran then change your open time! ?♀️

Horrible pharmacy, pharmacy manager and staff. Needed an antibiotic which was called in by my doctor at 7:30AM. I received an email stating that there was an issue with the insurance, so I called to be proactive and was informed that "oh, sometimes they just send that but it needs to be approved by the pharmacist." Fine no problem. Ran to mail a letter about 2 hours later (now it's 10:30AM), figured I would call and check and was told it should only be about an hour. Went home, had lunch and took a nap - since I CLEARLY needed an antibiotic for SOMETHING - and woke up to.... nothing. Called again and was spoken too quite rudely but informed that it would be ready in 10 minutes. NOW - it is 6 hours later for a Rx that was all of a sudden, magically ready in 10 minutes. When I spoke to the manager of the pharmacy AND of the store, both seemed non-plussed that I was upset and would be taking my business elsewhere. I transferred EVERYTHING out of that Walgreens as soon as I got home.

Im from kenosha , l have been going to walgreens on durrand in racine as the pharmacist and workers have been most kindest and caring towards me and always have meds ready as promised worth it for such great people ! Thank you , l have worked in health care my entire life and we all know its not staff fault if they dont have enough help , we all know people get sick especially in these covaid days!

Called in a prescription, said it would be ready the next day at 10 am, fine. Go at 3pm the next day to pick it up, waited at the drive thru window for almost 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Then told me that the prescription wasn't ready. Left to drop my daughter off at work and went back at 345pm still have to wait another 15 minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be ready at 10am

Worst pharmacy service ever. I dropped off my written prescriptions immediately after my surgery like instructed by my doctor. I was told 20mins. I was supposed to start my pain management right away. After waiting for 40mins and now visually bleeding in front of customers because I was supposed to change bandages every 30 to 40 mins. Still no prescription ready. Apparently they were gettin somebody elses prescription ready with a similar name and this is after i showed them my photo id. Now by this time an hour has gone by ive spoken to 4 different pharmacy employees and watched over half a dozen other customers come and go. Still no prescription. Finally after nearly and hour and half. My anesthesia has worn off im in extreme pain and literally dripping blood on the floor and all i got was one nonchalant sorry for the wait. This is unacceptable and walgreens needs to do something immediately about these terrible employess who seem to not know how to do their jobs if it took them over 40 mins to come ask me when my birthday was and took 4 employess to find my prescriptions when I brought the hard copies from the doctor. I will never give this company another cent of my money. Absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated.

This is one of Racine’s Top Walgreens Pharmacies! I will definitely always get my prescription from Walgreens at this location on Durand Ave.

Worst pharmacist named Rena customer beware. I am on a medication for antibiotics due to a rotting of the nose infection by a mask mandate. I was told to call back by Monday a full two days after my so called prescription was ready from this Walgreens initially. I was told by the technician it should all be cleared up and ready by Monday then. I then called the following Monday on February 7th 2022 and explained my situation and asked if my missing prescription is ready yet. The pharmacist Rena snapped at me she is short two people and can't even pick up the phone to request my prescription now, what a sorry excuse for a piece of trash and white Karen that insults a person of color. She herself is garbage and her attitude to the customer is even worse, Walgreens you have failed as a company again.

Just got off the phone with the rudest pharmacy Tech. From the moment she answered the phone which I was waiting at hold for 15 minutes she was extremely rude And refused to let me get my medication to breathe without my insurance because my insurance doesn't cover it. I will never get a prescription filled at this Walgreens again as long as that Tech is still working there.

The lady who is working on October 21st 2021 at 12:20 PM in the drive thru of the pharmacy was very very rude she has short Brown hair and is old. I will never be back there again there again this pharmacy is a joke
