went in to get a mailbox around 3pm, two employees in the store and no one in line. was told that they can not open a mailbox because they were too "busy" and the process would take too long. what a joke the older lady clearly just didn't want to do the work.

This UPS Store needs to be more transparent with the services they provide. It says online that they provide Notary Services. I went there on Monday, 08/21/2023, and was told they do notary services between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. So I returned on Tuesday, at the appropriate time, and was told they did not do the services and to go to US Bank for the services. So, I wasted two trips to the UPS Store for nothing.

Very disappointed in my experience here. Went in with Amazon returns. One of them said to print the label. I don’t have a printer. Wanted to charge $3.50 to print label when they just printed labels for free for 5 others. Way to inconvenience your customers. Why not just print the label and send a happy customer on their way?!?

Normally, this store has very nice employees, but not this time. I got to be "greeted" by Robin, who has a disgruntled attitude and sarcastic comments, she also comes equipped with eye rolling. With all the bad comments in here about her how is this rude woman still employed?!

My husband was trying to return a bunch of blinds we ordered off Amazon that were just half an inch too large for our windows. They were in separate, long boxes. Amazon was not helpful and only supplied us with one return label for all eight boxes. But Amazon was not the biggest problem.There was an elderly woman employee, maybe early 60s? Skinny. Condescending. She turned my husband away earlier in the day, and he didn't fully understand the problem with the one label and 8 boxes. He came back later in the day with me, and I observed how weirdly condescending this woman was. She addressed me, over my husband's head, and asked me if I understood, while looking at my husband with this pitying, knowing smile.I know that it makes me look like a psycho, but honestly? I have never wanted to punch somebody more.I did not understand why she was talking to me as though my husband were an idiot, and she thought I would be okay with it. She was so infuriating, I found myself contemplating whether it would be worth it to just break her jaw.Don't go here.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service!I came in not knowing much about the process of returning something to Amazon. I was hoping that the employees would be more helpful since I just moved to the area, and I had no packing material.I was told that they couldn't help me with packing material, and the older lady was just rude. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this (pun intetended) and I just don't understandhow a shipping company would not be able to assist with shipping material.I had to come back a second time, with what I was told to bring. This time I brought my husband and the elderly one just talked to us like we were stupid. I was the one having a conversation with, but she kept asking my husband if he understood what she was saying as if I were stupid.My husband got angry on my behalf, and then the older one raised her hands and made condescending comments along the lines of, "Fine, but you won't get your refund." With a smirk on her face.I felt embarrassed, and confused. We ended up leaving out of sheer embarrassment and anxiety caused by her.I'm still not sure what to do with the packages, but this was a week ago.UPDATE:Went again today 6/1/2023 to try to send the package again.I had a few other packages as well this time, and the difference in service was like night and day. This experience was so wonderful, I really wish i got the name of the young lady who helped me.Since I can't leave a second review for 5 stars, I will just give the two experiences 3 stars. That feels fair (I was conflicted by this decision.)

I happy there is a service like this, I totally support this service. My experiences with two of the employees at this store, not so good, Both women were so short, like didn't talk, smile or help me out much, didn't offer any suggestions, I was stressed enough already, now when I go in if one or the other is there I avoid them and try to get one of the other employees working, if not I leave and come another day, I just don't want to deal with these attitudes

I’ve been taking Amazon returns here because it’s my closest location and it isn’t always a great experience. If you mess up your “No Box, No label” Amazon return in the app this store will make you pay for it. They upcharge for anything they can (labels, boxes, etc) and blame Amazon even though the UPS store is the one charging you.

I would go to this place to return packages from amazon, which had no issues until today. The customer service is horrible. I asked when it changed where we have to print labels lady states it has always been like that which is false because I have went there ALOT times and they scan code n it prints label. My daughter went in day before and was told it would be $3.15 in order for them to print the label. I would not recommend this location! If u have Amazon returns go to Kohl’s! Which the lady states “please do go to Kohls” stay clear of this place especially if there are the two older ladies!

I felt terrible about a past review that I read about and it prompted me to write my own. I am dropping off packages here regularly and I have never had anything but the BEST SERVICE!!! It doesn’t matter how busy they are- they are friendly- helpful and courteous.
