Not a real store. They charge for a bill payment here because the franchise doesnt pay the employees enough so the employees added a fee in order to make enough to live.

I would have given no stars after the way the Manger at the store in regency mall in racine wi treated us todau. Me and fiancee went there 2 days to try to pick up replacement phone for her mom. First thier system declined my card so I went and took out cash and yet for some reason they declined cash. Then we came back the ne t day and thier system declined 2 cards again and they after getting angry over it they permanently kickec out my fiancee .How are they even in business at all with customer service at all like that.Not to mention that while I was dealing with that nonsense the other employee was selling phones to other customers. So please tell me how you can't accept any form of payment due to having the system down. You decline 3 cards and cash payments but still sell phones to other customers?

Two people in the store could not help and stated they are not technical. But proceeded to speak and say things that are wrong.They appeared to be dismissive when I did not want to buy anything.

Staff is unbelievably helpful and well versed in their products and services. The manager, Bill, was professional and super informative about helping me understand which products would meet my needs.

The store manager was knowledgeable and professional. They hooked us up with the promotional exchange deal and we got 2 brand new phones for a great price. 4 stars is just because we had to come back a different day because there was an issue processing the exchange for one of our phones. It seemed more like a corporate level error though.

It is very confusing business the sales agents( customers service) whatever they call themselves, are not professional at all I entered few stores and for being a senior you would think these sakes agent technology professional would be more true about the cost of each plan. When you view online you see 3 different plans at different rates $27.50, $35, and $45 yet they charge a person for two lines at 65.00 when I only have one line, the store I first dealt with is in Greenfield WI. On 76th street. How can you advertise a plan then change while customer in store. What is it? What price does a 65 yr old senior get?? Especially being on a fun income!!

If there was a rating of they deserve it all . Noel M the manager had the patience of a saint I would never go anywhere else help me troubleshoot about 45 minutes of his time normally I would go in but I'm home bound at the moment. Not only was this gentleman very knowledgeable but I can tell over the phone by his demeanor he was sincerely interested in solving my problem I recommend T-Mobile to everyone which is why I have been with them for 21 years

I’m not exaggerating I don’t know how Noel the manager has a job at this T-Mobile store. The unprofessionalism he has is honestly unreal. He was rude, lazy and no help at all. I bought a new phone and it wasn’t working so he fixed the issue by putting my old “bad” SIM card in the phone. This SIM card gave my previous phone bad cell service and customer service previously told me to go into a store to get a new one. He was slouched over not even standing up straight when talking to customers. The customer before me was livid with him and didn’t get helped either. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before I was even helped by Noel. Honestly will never go back to this location. Horrible customer service. On top of it all I said I hope I’m your last customer of the day and he proceeded to say “oh you are I’m locking the doors after you leave I won’t be taking anyone else.” It was 30 minutes before the store even closed this guy should not be a manger. I was shocked when he said he was in charge.

Noel was beyond helpful! He gave me the best service I've had here yet. I just found out he got promoted to manager. That stores in good hands now!
