My husband and I came in here back in November to get me added to his phone plan and upgrade my phone. I was told by the woman that helped us that I couldn’t keep my number despite it already being a T-Mobile number and that it would take up to 7 weeks to get it back if I wanted it. However, I found out a few days later that that wasn’t the case at all, and that it would have only taken an extra call and maybe an hour or so to get every transferred over. By the time I learned this, I had already gone through the process of switching my phone number on majority of my accounts and was not going to go through the hassle again.If this was my only experience with this location, I would have given 1 or 2 stars. However, our experience today, was quite different.My husband has been having issues with his phone not reading his SIM card. The gentleman that helped us at first was super helpful and put an e-SIM on his phone and so far he has had no issues!While we were there, we decided to take advantage of the free Galaxy watch if you added a watch line. A gentleman named Adam ( I believe this was his name) helped us with this. We initially were going to do the Apple Watch and the Galaxy watch. Adam went through all of the hard work of getting things setup for both watches but then I got cold feet and decided not to upgrade my Apple Watch. Adam, however, did not complain and worked diligently to call and have the 2nd line removed right away. He was very understanding and continued to help us. He was very informative and friendly and I have never had such good service in a phone store before! My dearest apologies for giving you extra work, Adam, but we appreciate your patience and understanding!

I want to thank both support staff Adam and Lexi for excellent service. Each person was friendly and helpful. On my last visit I was having difficulties figuring out how to help my disabled son regarding the phone and Adam went above and beyond to help.

If I could give a 0 solely based on customer service, I would. My current phone had become completely unusable due to the LCD screen blacking out entirely, besides the very bottom corner. My parents called this T-Mobile for me and worked out a deal to trade my current phone in for a Moto G 5G and charge the rest to my T-Mobile account. This call was made just before 7pm, as I had been running around trying to get a working phone for a couple of hours (doing all of this on a freshly sprained MCL). I walk in the store at roughly 7:45pm, thinking I had made it in time for this simple trade in. One of the employees (whom I should have got his name) came up to me after a minute or two of waiting. When I mentioned the call my parents made, he was confused by the deal, but more importantly, also said that the phone safe was locked and there was no way to unlock it. He said that they lock it early so they can "rush out of there". He was very rude to me and dismissive of my concerns, as I was confused to why the store would remain open well past when they stop selling/trading phones. It doesn't make sense that they would "lock the safe up" but still advertise that they are open. When I questioned the employee about this, he would not look at me and ignored me entirely, even though I repeated the question multiple times. Why would a phone store stop working with phones before they close? When I asked what time the safe was locked up, he said, "I can't tell you that information". The employee sounded delusional.It is my belief that he wanted to quickly wrap the day up and was not concerned with my need of a working phone. I would rather go another couple of days without this crucial form of communication than give this store, or that employee, a sale. I will order one or go to Walmart instead. Even if the closing of the safe and refusal of trading/sales past a certain time is normal or mandatory, the way I was treated was still rude, unprofessional, and confusing. Ignoring customers is an interesting way to answer simple questions.

Stopped by Friday afternoon to move our service from AT&T, the place was very busy, all 4 associates were tied up helping other customers.Even though we waited a long time to get service (well over 30 minutes), and it took over 2 hours to get our 3 lines moved over to TMobile, Adam made the experience worth the wait. He was extremely helpful, great attitude, lots of patience even after experiencing multiple technical problems with his tablet.Definitely recommend them, will go back soon to order their 5G internet to test at home, cell coverage at home is amazing, better than with Verizon and tons better than with AT&T.

If I could give this a zero I would. I came in today with a friend so they could get a new phone, and there is no one in there just us and the coworkers. There's two coworkers laughing and making fun of high-school drop outs and just overall making fun of a person situation. This is very unprofessional and maybe they need some growing to do but this was very disappointing to hear. I never give reviews.
